During this session, we explore your preferred style, review inspiration images, and discuss any specific details you would like incorporated. Depending on the nature of the project, we gather photographs, measurements, and note existing items to be retained. We also review timelines, material sourcing, and address any questions or concerns you may have. This initial phase ensures clarity, alignment, and a clear direction for the project moving forward.
CONCEPT & PLANNING
Once all the necessary elements are gathered, the creative process begins. At this stage, we establish the concept of the project through clear guidelines and structured plans. Preliminary drawings are developed, including space planning, lighting layouts, millwork, and tile elevations. Alongside these, a mood board is created to capture the intended style and overall atmosphere. With careful attention to detail and thorough material research, the project is tailored to meet its specific requirements. Upon request, 3D modeling can also be provided to help visualize the final result or support marketing purposes.
COORDINATION
Communication is the foundation of any successful project, and we take pride in maintaining open dialogue with both our clients and all professionals involved. A preliminary budget plan is prepared for all interior finishes, and bids are managed and presented to the client for final selection. Material specifications are continuously updated on plans, while section details are refined to meet code standards. Once finalized, the design plans are issued for construction.

This is the exciting stage where everything begins to come to life. Our team is present every step of the way to ensure the project is executed according to plan. We are on site to provide immediate solutions, ensuring that every detail is built to perfection.
